Main Street Restaurant Group, Inc. (Main Street Restaurant Group), formerly Main Street and Main Incorporated, acquires, develops and operates restaurants located predominantly in the United States. The TGI Friday's restaurants are franchised by TGI Friday's Inc. (TGI Friday's). The Company is a franchisee of TGI Friday's restaurants, owning 52 TGI Friday's restaurants as during the fiscal year ended December 27, 2004 (fiscal 2004). Main Street Restaurant Group also owns and operates 13 Bamboo Club Asian Bistro restaurants, and owns four Redfish Seafood Grill and Bar restaurants. In addition, the Company operates an Alice Cooper'stown restaurant in Ohio, pursuant to a license agreement with Celebrity Restaurants, L.L.C.
