At Hola Cabrito, we are dedicated to preparing the best goat birria, and our flavor is incomparable. We are proud of our Mexican heritage and we honor our ancestors by cooking with their recipes. We believe artisanal Mexican food should be accessible to those looking for traditional flavor. Our specialty is birria (Guanajuato style), a stew made primarily of goat, typically found in the heart of Mexico, and made fresh daily. Birria tacos, tortas, and quesadillas are served alongside fresh tortillas and red menudo. Cool off with a cold horchata, jamaica, or beer with your meal.
