Tsirantonakis + Associates, founded in 1996 and located in Center City Philadelphia, focuses on the design of the everyday space of the public realm. We design the homes, museums, retail stores, restaurants and workplaces that people live in, shop in, eat in and learn in. The firm's interest is in the visual realization of many kinds of experience and in the process of creative discovery through problem solving. Our work takes us throughout the country and we are currently working on projects in the Philadelphia metropolitan area, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Greece. Tsirantonakis + Associates is an award-winning practice comprised of seven architects and designers who have created a studio culture where talents and knowledge are shared in the pursuit of excellent design. We believe in finding the appropriate design language for each project. In each of the firm's projects, we strive toward a response to the concept by creating a strong and unique visual image. As a firm, we work in partnership with our clients and find design solutions by exploring options revealed in collaborative analysis and dialogue. We have learned about the importance of the initial phases of conceptual design, site analysis and research from experience on large projects. The firm is committed to providing the necessary resources to focus on this phase of a project. Anthony Tsirantonakis is a partner and co-founder of T-Bar Development LLC. Projects such as Catharine Street and Reed Street Lofts indicate T-Bar Development LLC's dedication to the redevelopment of the core neighborhoods of American cities. These structures, once used for manufacturing, were given a new life through adaptive reuse.
