At Schweiger Dermatology Group, Dr. Regan specializes in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Procedural Dermatology. He is a native of the Philadelphia area. He received his Bachelor of Science degree at Ursinus College and his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University. A recipient of the military's HPSP scholarship, he served 8 years in the United States Army after graduating from medical school. He completed his internship at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and then served as the Flight Surgeon for the 3rd Squadron 6th Cavalry Regiment in South Korea.
