Prior to SSS opening its doors, Rick's family was operating a 4th generation fabrication business which dealt heavily in the nuclear power sector. When a particular project required special stainless polishing for a power plant’s reactor pool liners, there wasn't a North American polisher capable of meeting the stringent requirements for the job…So, they did it themselves and Stainless Steel Services was formed to meet these, and other exacting polish requirements.
