LEM Mezzanine is a series of private equity funds with over $450 million of equity. Founded in 2001, the fund is an independent sister company to Lubert-Adler Real Estate Funds and is capitalized with private equity from institutional and high net worth investors. As a direct investor providing an alternative to equity for owners of real estate, LEM offers creative structures including: mezzanine loans, preferred equity, and other forms of subordinate financing to meet the needs of each transaction.
