No Child Left Behind Act:Harmani's online tutoring services are unique in that Harmani is approved as an official Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Supplemental Educational Services ("SES") provider for Title One schools defined under, and subject to, the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB), which was signed into law by President George W. Bush in January 2001. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service and that access may involve third party fees (such as fees to an Internet service provider). In addition, you shall be solely responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Service.
