Cross Associates', network of more than 50 consultants provides clients with over 800 years of collective experience, plus diversity of race, gender, age, sexual orientation, nationality, style, career and work experience, and a broad range of domestic and international experience. Our consultants hold Masters and/or Ph.D. degrees in organizational development, organizational behavior, psychology or education, and are members of and active in the National Training Laboratories Institute for Applied Behavioral Science (NTL), Gestalt Institute or Organizational Development Network. The fact that most of our consultants have been affiliated with the firm for ten or more years speaks to the stability of our resources and the cohesiveness of our approach. Once we have assessed your organization's needs we take great care in selecting a team of consultants who can bring to bear the right mix of experience, skills and talents to help you achieve your objectives. The team will be led by one of our project managers , a senior, seasoned member of our network -- who will be assisted by experienced trainers.
