JFK Design-Build is a residential design and construction company. Our expertise is in the design and construction of custom single family homes and multi-family residential projects. Our approach is to provide design and construction services in a front where design and construction are integrated together into a unified process; a so called one-stop-shop. Although we exist as separate entities, the joining of forces where the designer, builder, and owner work together in a team-like atmosphere creates great advantages which ultimately lead to the best possible solutions for unique and successful homes. Our integrated team-like atmosphere where sharing ideas, programming information, and construction costs are used in open discussions as tools for design.
