We began with an office in Petoskey serving the Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Boyne City, Charlevoix and Indian River communities, expanded our footprint into Gaylord in January of 2006 and are now completing further expansion by opening an office in Traverse City that will serve the entire Grand Traverse community. Our banks operate from a single building located in or near the downtown locations of the communities we serve. While our Client Service, Commercial and Mortgage Bankers work from these locations, more often than not they can be found out in the community meeting with their clients at their places of business. Rather than investing in the bricks and mortar of the traditional retail branch distribution system, we have chosen to invest in our people and in alternative means of servicing our clients.
