Sonoma College was founded with a mission to provide higher education to working adults-anywhere in the country-and to empower them to develop and maximize both their personal and career potential. Since 1992, we have been offering virtually all of the benefits of a traditional college but with none of the constraints. We offer courses on campus as well as distance learning programs that lead to accredited degrees and certificates. Right from the beginning, Sonoma College's primary mission was to provide adults with a practical alternative to traditional, full-time colleges and universities.
