PISENTI & BRINKER LLP was formed in Santa Rosa, California on January 1, 1965 by Edward J. Pisenti and Lynn J. Brinker. At the time of formation, there were four staff people in addition to the two partners, and gross billings in that first year were approximately $80,000. In 1991, PISENTI & BRINKER LLP merged with Smith, Mohrman, Dado and MacKenzie, the second largest accounting firm in Sonoma County which had also started in 1965. Currently, PISENTI & BRINKER LLP has offices in Santa Rosa, Petaluma and Napa. There are five partners, 20 CPAs, 31 professionals and a total staff of 50. Today, PISENTI & BRINKER's on-going affiliation with the RSM McGladrey Network has kept us on the "cutting edge" and maintained our position as the leading independent accounting firm in the North Bay area. This relationship allows us to draw upon the additional resources, expertise and experience of an industry leader in serving closely-held businesses.
