Our goal at Broadfields is to make wines that express the unique terroir of the North Fork of Long Island as clearly and forcefully as possible. We want to pour as much North Fork character into each bottle of Broadfields wine as we possibly can. We make sure you can taste the North Fork in every glass by: Focusing entirely on red wines produced from Merlot and Cabernet Franc, the North Fork's premier red grape varieties; Making wine exclusively from our own grapes, so we can capitalize on the unique strengths of our estate vineyard; Staying small, so we can create truly hand-crafted wines that receive our full attention from the vineyard to the bottle; and Constantly exploring wines from around the world, so we can continually improve our understanding of the North Fork's place in the world of wine.
