To meet these demands, Crosstex Energy and Devon Energy have agreed to combine substantially all of Devon's U.S. midstream assets with Crosstex's assets to create EnLink Midstream Partners, LP and EnLink Midstream, LLC, collectively 'EnLink Midstream.'
