TMI is a company without walls. Essentially a virtual company, most of TMI's employees work from their home-offices. This enables TMI to service various regional areas of the country. We work as a team and maintain cohesive communications through new technologies-many our own clients have developed. Our weekly TMI conference calls and monthly meetings give us consistent opportunities to interact beyond our computers and cell phones and share more extensively about what we are all working on. The virtual work environment isn't for everyone, but those who work for TMI are well suited for this type of career and quickly find new ways to keep the work and creativity flowing. When we take on a client, we literally become part of the client's marketing team.
