Proteans was founded in June, 2003 by four technocrats from top technical schools of India - the Indian Institute of Technology. With a focused background in product development at world class organizations like IBM, Oracle and i2, Proteans foundation was laid with a focus on software product development. Proteans board found a great fit with a Norway based public company called CAMO and joined the group companies in July 2007. Together, the CAMO group aspires to be a leading player in outsourced product development (OPD) space globally.
