Clean Management, Inc. began servicing accounts in March of 1996 and we are proud to say that we still hold our first five accounts since we started. Since then the company has experienced major growth and popularity to be able to employ a cleaning staff of about 150 employees and growing. Although Clean Management is fairly young in the industry, Carlos Valencia, president of Clean Management, Inc., has over 20 years of experience in the commercial cleaning industry. We have experience in starting accounts such as Bj's Wholesale Club, Inc., Corporate Headquarters; Scudder-Kemper Investments; Airborne Express; AMF Corporation; Owens & Minor; and the nationally recognized retail chains of JC Penny Co. and Toys-R-Us. On a daily basis, we clean over 800,000 square feet of retail space in thirteen facilities and an overall total of approximately 3 million square feet of space (commercial, industrial and retail combined) in over 100 facilities, and growing, daily. Building and maintaining solid, long-lasting customer relationships is the very foundation of Clean Management, Inc. Ongoing, consistent supervision and communication are vital to a successful maintenance program. We also make sure that all security measures are thoroughly executed to the expectations of our clients. Clean Management, Inc. is one of the first commercial cleaning companies to install a computerized time-keeping system. This computerized time-keeping system with caller-ID require all of our employees to clock-in and clock-out of every facility that we service using our 1-800-number service. The implementation of this system has enabled us to monitor our services more closely and efficiently.
