At Phillips & Company we help our clients by providing timely financial information and ensure compliance with the various Federal, State and Local laws. Because we recognize the relationship between clients and their accountants requires trust and confidence, we perform our services in complete confidentiality. We keep our clients informed of the progress of their matters regularly, and if questions arise, we encourage our clients to call us. Our fees are based on the time required by the individuals assigned to the project, plus direct expenses. Individual hourly rates vary according to the degree of responsibility involved and the skill required. We bill on a monthly basis for the services rendered during the month. With a firm belief in giving something back to the community, members of the Phillips & Company staff participate in such service organizations and local programs as the Pasadena Tournament of Roses, the Rotary Club of Pasadena, the Pasadena Arts Council, the City of Pasadena Fire and Police Retirement Board and the Pasadena Chapter of the California Institute for Cancer Research.
