Chester Valley Engineers, Inc. is a full service consulting civil engineering and land surveying firm, which has been in continuous operation in Paoli, Pennsylvania since 1955. The firm was founded by Henry S. Conrey and operated under the name of Henry S. Conrey, Inc., a Division of Chester Valley Engineers, Inc. between 1955 and 1983. In 1977, the firm was purchased by Albert C. Skiles and operated under the name of Chester Valley Engineers, Inc. beginning in 1983. In January of 1995 the company was purchased by Robert H. Plucienik, Jean G. Shreiner, Angelo M. Capuzzi and Robert M. Worthington. The current owners, with Robert H. Plucienik appointed as President and Chief-Executive-Officer in charge of all operations, have more than eighty (80) years of combined technical and business experience with the firm.
