The Housing Authority of Paducah was established on July 18, 1938 in accordance with the US Housing Act of 1937 and KRS 80. The Housing Authority of Paducah is committed to providing housing opportunities of all types to low and moderate income families. We administer 868 units of traditional subsidized rental units as well as offer homes for purchase at our Heritage Place site and other locations around the community
