The Company derives its revenues from processing services, maintenance and support fees, software licensing and installation fees, e-business services, and equipment and supply sales. In addition to core processing, CSI’s integrated banking solutions include check imaging, cash management, Internet banking, corporate intranets, secure Web hosting, e-messaging, teller and platform services, automated teller machine (ATM) and debit card service and support, risk assessment, network management, and compliance software and services for regulatory compliance, homeland security and fraud prevention. On January 16, 2007, the Company acquired Summit Financial Solutions, Inc. In June 2008, the Company acquired the remaining minority interests in Heartland Communications Internet Services, Inc.
