J.L. GROVER CONSULTING ENGINEERS is a multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm providing Civil, Mechanical, and Metallurgical Engineering services to industry and the legal/insurance community. The company's principal, Jeff Grover, has thirty years of experience in the design and analysis of structures. Most of that experience has been related to the analysis and prevention of failures.
