These coffees are packaged in heavy gauge foil bags fitted with one-way freshness valves and are shipped within a few days of roasting. We offer expert on-site barista training and simple instruction on equipment maintenance. Our recently renovated and expanded Service Department is manned by friendly, factory trained field technicians on call to help if needed.
