ACW Press is devoted to the work of helping aspiring authors achieve their goal of getting their books in print. We are a Christian company dedicated to the work of Jesus Christ in this world through the means of the printed word. It is our mandate to produce the finest quality books at the most reasonable costs, and that the end product can stand on its own in a highly competitive marketplace. We are a partner with the American Christian Writers, an organization devoted to the training and developing of new writers. We have had a number of successful books including a Christy Award finalist (J. Scott Featherstone's Hallelujah) and another featured in December 2005 on Regis and Kelly (John Kappe's Silence). Many authors have had to go back for second, third and even fourth printings to keep up with the demand. We have published authors from all over the U.S. and other countries including Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, Mozambique, Japan and Guatemala. We have also had the privilege to work with major ministries like T.D. Jakes' The Potter's House and Andre Kole Ministries. Major book publishers receive as many as 3,000 unsolicited manuscripts each year. The editorial review process in these companies is very detailed and time consuming. Consequently the chances of a new author, or a relatively unknown author, being published are very slim. However, that does not mean that the manuscript is unworthy, instead it is usually a reflection of market pressures that necessitate these publishers to produce books that are virtually guaranteed to sell thousands of copies. So what do you do? The answer is to self-publish with ACW Press! This means that you underwrite the costs of the production of your book. While you may have heard that this is expensive, remember that you will also enjoy the profits. A typical paperback book, from a major publisher, that sells for $14.99 could bring you a standard royalty of about $1.00 per book.
