A 48 hour cancellation notice is required for all spa services to avoid a 50% service fee. All spa party reservations of 3 or more guests require a one week change, or cancellation notice to avoid a 50% service fee. What if I am late for my appointment? Depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or re-schedule your appointment. If you treatment is shortened, it will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. May I request a certain technician? Yes. If you choose a technician that doesn't fit your needs, If at any time you would be more comfortable, or better served by another staff member, please feel free to do so.
