Opened in 1956, the Orrville Veterinary Clinic, Inc. offers state-of-the-art medical and surgical care to companion and farm animals in Wayne and surrounding counties. Now incorporated as a multi-veterinarian practice, and operating as a full service facility, Orrville Veterinary Clinic, Inc. seeks to provide high-quality health and wellness services to assist animals in living longer, more productive lives. Our kind and caring hospital team is dedicated to providing the most current, comprehensive and compassionate care to our patients. We achieve this goal through regular continuing education and training programs for all members of our healthcare team. The six doctors at Orrville Veterinary Clinic, Inc. are all graduates of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine and have over 100 years of combined experience. Although each doctor has a special area of interest, they all share a commitment to providing quality care to their patients. The skillful and knowledgeable staff strives to offer the optimal course of diagnostic and treatment procedures for all patients while staying consistent with the clients' wishes and financial means. Bobbie Jo Paraskos is a Registered Veterinary Technician and has worked for the Orrville Veterinary Clinic for 13 years in a variety of positions. Currently, she is the Inventory Manager. BJ and her husband, Dave, have a daughter and son in high school, two dogs, Polo and Boomerang, and a cat, Gus. Ron Nolt is the Maintenance Supervisor of the Orrville Veterinary Clinic. He began his employment here in November 2004. He and wife, Diane (our Office Manager), enjoy playing with their new kitten, Lucy Lollipop, and feeding all of the staff members with an abundance of goodies. Crystal Vorhees has left the Orrville Veterinary Clinic to pursue other interests. Dr. Greg A. Roadruck serves food animal and equine clients. He joined the Orrville Veterinary Clinic in 1980. Dr. Roadruck is active in the community and has been the school board president since 1994. He and his wife, Carolyn, have two adult daughters, Allison and Lindsay. Marissa Hofstetter is a Veterinary Assistant currently attending The Ohio State University to pursue a Masters Degree in Veterinary Public Health. She recently was accepted into the College of Veterinary Medicine and will be beginning that program in the fall of 2006. Marissa has worked at the Orrville Veterinary Clinic since she attended high school. She and her husband, Kyle, reside in Kidron with their cats, Levi and Ada. Dr. Jeffrey R. Fink has divided responsibilities between small animal medicine/surgery, equine and food animal clients. Dr. Fink joined the Orrville Veterinary Clinic in 2002. He and his wife, Beth, are kept busy with new baby, Jacob, big sis, Jenna, and their other "babies," cats Griffey and Brutus, on their small farm outside of Orrville. Misty Hostetler is the Business Manager of the Orrville Veterinary Clinic. She has been employed here for almost three years. She recently was married in June 2005, and lives with husband, Rodney, and kitty, Nit Wit, in Smithville. Dr. Judy S. Jackwood performs small animal medicine and surgical procedures. She came to the Orrville Veterinary Clinic in 2003 from a former practice. Judy's daughter, Kristen, is currently enrolled at Wittenberg University and her son, Ryan, is a senior at Wooster High School. Judy has a dog, Katie, and cats Skittles and Madden. Diane Nolt is the Office Manager at the Orrville Veterinary Clinic and has been employed here for 19 years. She enjoys assisting all of our wonderful clients as well as taking care of the office cat, Fat Boy, and bird, Thunder. Dr. Melvin D. Wenger assists food animal clients and performs all small animal orthopedic surgical procedures. Dr. Wenger has worked at the Orrville Veterinary Clinic since 1981. He and his family have a dog, Maddie, and a farm cat, Twister. Tara McCue is the full-time Client Service Specialist and began working at the Orrville Veterinary Clinic about a year ago. She has three cats, Libby, Maggie and Sophie, and enjoys making jewelry. Dr. Paul E. Masters, whose veterinary interests include ultrasound and X-ray technology, serves as the Equine Specialist for the clinic. He began his career by joining Dr. Jack M. Rogers, co-founder of the Orrville Veterinary Clinic, in 1973. Dr. Masters and his family enjoy spending time with their dog, Emma, and horses on their farm outside of Orrville. Jenn Brown is the head Registered Veterinary Technician and has worked at the Orrville Veterinary Clinic for 7 years. She assists the doctors with anesthesia for surgical procedures as well as assisting with appointments. Jenn and her husband, Kyle, when not racing their stock car, enjoy time together in the home they recently built with Mutley, their dog. Dr. William M. Yost provides services for food animal and small ruminant clients. He has a Masters Degree in Nutritional Physiology from Iowa State University. Dr. Yost began his employment with the Orrville Veterinary Clinic in 1982. He and his wife, Donna, recently became grandparents and enjoy visiting with their family. They have a dog, Wendell, and a cat, Milton. Amy Raifsnider recently graduated from Columbus State Community College and received her Registered Veterinary Technician license. She worked for the Orrville Veterinary Clinic while in high school and we are glad to have her back full-time. Amy lives with her two cats, Cleo and Felicia, in Smithville. Kristen Massaro is a part-time Client Service Specialist at the Orrville Veterinary Clinic and has worked here a little over a year. She and husband, Steve, have three children and live outside of Marshallville with their dog, Hunter, and cat Stripes. Emily Brediger is an Animal Care Attendant and currently a junior at Orrville High School. She has been employed at the Orrville Veterinary Clinic for almost two years. Emily is active in 4-H. Whitney Wenger is an Animal Care Attendant and attends Central Christian School. She participates on her school basketball and volleyball teams. Samantha Beegle is an Animal Care Attendant and attends Waynedale High School. Amanda Bell is the newest addition to our team. She is employed as a Veterinary Technician Assistant and graduated from Orrville High School this past Spring. She is currently enrolled in a Veterinary Assistant course at Wayne College.
