ZHA provides many levels of management and expertise in assisting our clients in implementing their facility requirements. Some of our clients prefer to provide overall management and decision-making and utilize ZHA to serve as an extension of staff during design and construction. ZHA has an extensive variety of experienced professionals available to provide service at the exact times they are needed helping our clients reduce costs by avoiding full time staffing of such expertise in their own organizations. As project complexity increases or our clients desire not to build internal staff, ZHA can provide additional management expertise for project and program management to assist our clients in the overall coordination and decision making during implementation. Additionally, when existing facilities experience contamination or damage by environmental events, ZHA provides remedial management to assess, scope, estimate and implement repairs to facilities and allow our clients to continue their focus on their own businesses.
