The Scottish-American society of Central Florida was founded in 1976 to celebrate and carry on the Scottish traditions here in the US . The purpose of this organization is to provide education to the Central Florida community through schools, churches and civic lectures and demonstrations, as well as organizing and hosting the annual central Florida Scottish Highland Games in January.
