We practice chiefly in the areas of real estate, estate planning, corporate and business practice, and securities law. Mr. Pierce is a member of the Orange County, Florida and American Bar Associations. He is also a licensed real estate broker and licensed mortgage broker. Mr. Pierce is joined in practice by attorney Stewart D. Fenner, a practicing lawyer since 1969. Mr. Fenner focuses on corporate, business, estate planning and probate law, residential and commercial real estate transactions and litigation in business and real estate. Our philosophy is to have clients in a better position when they leave our offices than when they came in.
