Foreign Currency Exchange Corp. (FCEC) is in the business of providing foreign currency-related products and services to local and regional banks, the hospitality industry and through corporate owned and operated retail outlets, throughout the continental United States and the Hawaiian Islands. Products and services include the exchange of foreign bank notes, purchase and sale of foreign drafts and international travelers' checks, wire transfer payments, foreign check collections and travel related services. The Company has more than 6,000 outlets. FCEC is set to merge with First Rate Acquisition Inc. (FRA), a wholly owned subsidiary of BancIreland/First Financial Inc., as part of a compulsory merger to be effected under the laws of Florida. FCEC and FRA will merge and will continue to operate under the name of Foreign Currency Exchange Corp.
