Some of its subsidiaries include Melewar Steel Services Sdn. Bhd., Melewar Steel Assets Sdn. Bhd., Melewar Steel Tube Sdn. Bhd., Melewar Steel Mills Sdn. Bhd., M-Power TT Ltd. and Mperial Power Ltd. As of June 30, 2008, Melewar Industrial Group Berhad held a 54.5% interest in Mycron Steel Berhad.
