On May 1, 2014, I will be merging my practice with Clay Eye Physicians. I will see my Riverside patients at Clay Eye’s new office in the Depaul Building at 2 Shircliff Way, Suite 120. I will see my Orange Park patients at 2023 Professional Center Drive, Orange Park.
