DHS Worldwide
Info
DHS Worldwide was initially founded as a custom software development firm in the early 1990s. Many of our custom software customers are Fortune 1000 companies. They include Pitney Bowes, AT&T, Anheuser Busch and scores of large governmental agencies. Our continuing custom software development experience ensures we are able to rapidly develop modules and enhancements required by our Total RecallÔ customers. DHS believes our Total Recall is currently the most popular commercial records management software in the United States. Currently we have approximately 800 installations of our Total Recall Software solutions. We are clearly the fastest growing records management software solution in the United States. We believe that one of the largest contributing factors to this growth is our commitment to providing superior technical support and our dedication to further development of our software products. DHS channels a significant amount of money into software advancements and technical support. Our sales continue to accelerate based largely on our reputation in the market. We currently have more than 20 technical support staff members, which represents the highest ratio in the industry. We offer normal technical support between the hours of 8:30 am and 8:00pm EST. Emergency support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. DHS uses a technical support software product that our staff utilizes to track requests for support and for enhancements. Each support call is logged into the system. The information logged includes the customer, the date and time of the request for service, the date and time of our response, the nature of customer inquiry and our response. Each day the manager of the technical support division reviews the log to ensure we have no pending items and to ensure the proper response was given to each customer. In addition, any suggestions for program enhancements are logged into the system. Each week we have a meeting of key individuals and review these requests and decide which requests should be scheduled as part of our ongoing development plan. Each approved enhancement is assigned a priority, assigned a programmer and given a projected completion date. The progress on each enhancement is monitored in the system and the customer is updated on the status of the request. DHS is a very profitable company, with virtually no debt, that has earned a rating of 'Strong' from Dunn and Bradstreet. DHS has a very strong technical staff. Its president has a degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from prestigious Vanderbilt University. He also has a law degree from the University of Miami. He is a licensed attorney in the State of Florida. He is a fluent software programmer who has managed the completion of thousands of software projects small, medium and large. Mr. Hyman plays an active role in all aspects of the company. The cost of implementing and maintaining your Total Recall Software Solutions will likely be significantly less than our competitors. We provide a perpetual license to use our software. Many other software companies offer only an annual license. This means your software shuts down unless you pay an annual license fee each and every year.
