Our firm emerged as the result of a successful independent agency known as CSP Communications, founded in 1996. In April 2003, three years after the firm was acquired by Havas Advertising, Scott re-opened the agency that is now Westbound Communications. Located in sunny Orange and San Bernardino counties, the Westbound staff has built a strong industry network across Southern California and the 12 western states. Because we live, work and play on the West Coast, we have an in-depth understanding of the West's major media markets, business climate, particular consumer behaviors and overall geography.
