Rochester Industrial Control is utilizing the services of High Tech Rochester (HTR) to help prepare the company for ISO-9001:2000 registration of RIC's quality management system. Through HTR's Manufacturing Extension Partnership, small and medium sized businesses are able to obtain expert, impartial advice to help them succeed in today's economy. HTR representative Rich Gizzi, who has over 27 years of experience in manufacturing including five years as a Director of Training in the electronics industry will assist RIC in attaining ISO-9001:2000 for its quality management system. Mr. Gizzi specializes in the areas of Quality System Development, ISO certification efforts and is a certified ISO Lead Auditor.
