Founded in 1985, Leadership Advantage is an leadership and organization development consulting firm, dedicated to helping executives and their organizations achieve more of the results they want. Our clients come from the "for profit", "not for profit", and public sectors. We work with executives from line manager to CEO and Managing Director. Our clients include organizations in the Fortune 100 as well as "start-ups". They range in size from 100 to 15,000 people. We operate primarily in the United States and have provided services in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
