READCO (Real Estate Development & Acquisition Company) was established in 1996 to capitalize on burgeoning retail development projects. As our real estate portfolio grew, the opportunity to venture into management also grew, primarily out of a desire to continue our philosophy of excellence and expertise at the facilities we had built. So by 1999, READCO extended its services to include Property Management, Facilities Maintenance, and Grounds Maintenance. In this same spirit of high standards, and out of a desire to prioritize our customers needs we hired professionals with talents ranging from accounting to landscaping and soon became recognized as a leading management company. By 2001, we were asked to manage and maintain properties for other companies, associations, and individuals. In a third party satisfaction survey completed in May 2005, 99% of customers reported they would recommend our services. Today, we manage over 1,000,000 square feet of property which includes retail space, offices, medical buildings, industrial locations, apartment complexes, and condominiums.
