Midwest Personnel, Inc. (MPI), is a technical service firm located in suburban Kansas City. Since its inception in 1987, MPI has provided temporary and permanent placement services to both IT/IS and Engineering clients. Personnel provided by MPI range from drafter/designers and professional engineers to help desk support, LAN/WAN and software engineers. Assignments may be on a purely contract, contract to hire or a permanent basis, depending on the client's needs. MPI's strong financial position enables them to support a large team of professional employees over an extended period of time. As subscribers to major recruiting databases, MPI has ready access to large capacities of available talent at all times. This access gives them the ability to recruit top talent on both a local and national level. All personnel assigned to clients as employees of MPI work under a W-4. MPI is responsible for all applicable taxes as required by local, state and federal governments.
