The National EMS Memorial Service is held each May in Roanoke, Virginia. The "event hotel" for the National EMS Memorial Service is the Hotel Roanoke. This historic hotel is located along side the downtown section of the city. The Memorial Office, Registration Area, Gift Shop and Stress Management Area are located at the hotel. The current venue for the National EMS Memorial Service is the First Baptist Church of Roanoke. The Directors' Reception following the Memorial Service is held in the Atrium of the Church Complex. First Baptist Church is located approximately 0.8 mi from the Hotel Roanoke. Bus transportation to the Church before the Service and back to the Hotel after the Reception is provided. There is amble self parking at the church.
