Our true Italian gourmet ice cream is made to order fresh, with all natural, authentic Italian ingredients. This means our great colors and intense flavors come from actual fruits, roasted nuts, spices, liqueurs, imported chocolates, coffee and tea. With no air whipped in, it weighs twice as much as most ice creams. By using less air, we don't have to use greasy, unhealthy, heavy creams making our gelato a healthier alternative (about one-half the butter fat of traditional ice cream). The creaminess of our gelato comes from the density, not the fat. Our sorbettos are made with a blend of fruit and fruit juices.
