Bolour Computing is a software consulting firm founded in 1987 by Azad Bolour, after stints as a professor, and as a software engineer in two prominent startups: INGRES Corporation and Sun Microsystems. For the last two decades, Bolour Computing has worked with numerous clients throughout the Bay Area to design and build cutting edge application software. It has also worked with system vendors to help build application development tools and APIs, to analyze and improve the performance and scalability of databases and database access frameworks, and to train developers in the effective use of system software.
