Bio-Bridge Science, Inc., a development stage biotechnology company, engages in the commercial development of vaccines for the prevention and treatment of human infectious diseases. The company is currently developing and commercializing HIV-PV Vaccine I to prevent and treat infection by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). It develops HIV vaccines for both preventive and therapeutic purposes. HIV-PV Vaccine I pre-clinical trials are near complete but the vaccine is not yet approved for Phase I clinical trials. The company holds the exclusive license for the HIV-PV Vaccine I technology with respect to China(including Hongkong,Macau and Taiwan), the United States, and Japan. This exclusive license entrusts the company with the right to use this technology in various fields for treating HIV; human papillomavirus infection; and mucosal tumors, such as colonic and cervical cancers. Bio-Bridge Science was founded in 2002 and is headquartered in Oak Brook, Illinois. We have a Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise (WFOE) in China and a representative office in Osaka,Japan.
