Lakeside Exteriors, Inc. was founded in 1997 by Matt Merrifield. His brother, Dan, became co-owner in 1999. Lakeside is proud to be the largest and most experienced James Hardie Preferred Remodeler in a 200 mile radius of St. Louis, Missouri. The focus of our business is improvement of residential Exterior Systems , i.e. siding, windows, doors, roofs, decks, and other accessories/components. We are locally owned and operated. The original location was Lake St. Louis, MO and in 2004 we moved to our current facility at 1031 Liberty Industrial Drive, O'Fallon, MO.
