Norwalk Community Health Center, (NCHC) Inc. is a non-profit health care organization. NCHC is located in the heart of Norwalk's historic SONO district. Our mission is to provide high quality comprehensive primary health care services to residents of Norwalk and the surrounding towns without regard for ability to pay or without discrimination as to age, sex, race, national origin, creed, political affiliation, residence or ability to pay. Medical Staff is comprised of two Board Certified Internal Medicine Physicians, One Pediatrician and a part-time Obstetrician/Gynecologist. For your convenience, we accept various types of medical coverage including commercial plans, such as Health Net and Anthem Blue Cross. NCHC is a Medicaid, Medicare, SAGA and Husky provider. We participate in the following Medicaid managed care organizations: Blue Care Family Plan, Health Net and Community Health Network. If you don't have insurance, you may qualify for our sliding fee discount that is based on your family size and income. We will work out a payment plan for you.
