L&M Builders is a custom home building company founded in 1987. Owners Brian Mulligan and David Larochelle are both licensed Massachusetts construction supervisors. L&M is also a registered Massachusetts home improvement contractor. L&M carried both worker's comp and liability insurance. David has been in the building business for over 30 years and is considered one of the areas top framing and finish carpenters. Brian's expertise is in sales, administration and customer service. This blending of experience has proven to be a successful match. It has enabled us to provide our customers with an enjoyable building experience. No stress, and no horror stories!
