We've practiced recycling since 1975 and use biodegradable cleaning agents. We do not use Styrofoam. And we make water available only upon request, greatly reducing the amount of water used. We care about your health. We now use only rice bran oil for frying. Rice Bran Oil eliminates trans fats, has no funny aftertaste, helps lower serum cholestrerol and is a great source of Vitamin E and antioxidants which combat the effects of aging. We limit fats and salt in food preparation, and upon request, we offer many dishes without added salt. We also do not use MSG in any food preparation. We are still family owned. We just wanted you to know, we will always be your neighborhood restaurant.
