The business began in the early 1930's as a simple drapery installation service. We sold, made and installed the draperies. It was a slow beginning, but soon after one customer installation was completed, there was always another waiting in the wings. These new customers were usually referrals from previous customers. Since we began, our business has had rapid growth. We transitioned from just draperies to a full product line which includes: blinds, shadings, shutters, valances, hardware, bed coverings, fabrics and upholstery. As the years have passed, our primary source of new business is still customer referrals. Our customers are always happy. Our business is still family owned. An important part of handing off to the next generation are the lessons learned as to what it takes to provide excellence in customer service. We have developed and set our standards to such a high-quality level, that our customers have become part of our family --- being they are greatly satisfied with our services. They continue to recommend us to friends and acquaintances.
