FSI Appraisal Company was first established in 1986 as a subsidiary of a Western Massachusetts savings bank. In 1990, the company was purchased by its current owner, Stephen A. Brunelle. In addition to providing appraisal services to many of the leading local, regional and national lenders, FSI Appraisal provides real estate appraisal and consulting services to the legal profession, local, state, and federal governmental agencies, real estate developers, investors and the general public. FSI currently employs three residential appraisers and three commercial appraisers.
