The Leach & Garner Company is a fourth-generation family business. Still owned and managed by the Leach family, it has been engaged in the manufacture of fabricated gold and silver products for sale to the jewelry industry since 1899. In the North American market we are known as General Findings, a division established in 1914 to provide the most diverse line of jewelry findings from a single source. Outside North America we sell under the Leach & Garner banner. Today Leach & Garner continues to be the leading U.S. fabricator of precious metal jewelry findings and serves as a benchmark for quality in the manufacture of lightweight product for jewelry manufacturers and wholesalers. Sales offices throughout the world allow us to keep abreast of the ever-changing marketplace and fulfill the needs of our customer base. The importance of the Attleboros to the global jewelry trade cannot be underestimated; since more than half of the gold used in American jewelry production flows from a collection of manufacturers and refiners located within a stone's throw of one another in the Attleboro area. Throughout the jewelry world, this region is known as the birthplace of the American jewelry industry since the Revolutionary War. The Leach & Garner Company has played a central role in the development of this dynamic trade since its founding at the turn of the last century.
