Incorporated in 1988, as a 501(c)(3) non-profit, PCMI began as an organization that provided training and consultation to those working in the field of community based services for the frail elderly. Over the years our work was so highly valued that we quickly expanded to serve others in the broader helping and human service field. Today, we work with a variety of agencies and organizations, all striving to maintain and/or improve the quality of life for their consumers.
